I have lived in the Bay Area with my family since 2009. I value the opportunity this region offers for thoughtful work, community, and continued personal growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in financial planning, a path that ultimately clarified where I wanted to devote my professional focus. My clinical experience has included work with children and young adults on the autism spectrum, families in community health clinics, residents in long-term care, individuals experiencing homelessness, and adults in private practice.
Across these settings, I have worked with people facing a wide range of psychological and relational challenges. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the complexity of human development and the importance of steady, attentive engagement.
Having been in therapy myself, I approach this work with respect for the vulnerability and commitment it requires. I work primarily with adults and couples who are interested in examining recurring patterns, navigating significant transitions, and engaging more consciously with their psychological development.
My orientation is grounded in Jungian/Analytical Psychology and informed by psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, somatic, and relational perspectives.
I am drawn to Jungian psychology for its attention to psychological development over time and its respect for the symbolic and often unconscious dimensions of experience.
I am particularly drawn to longer-term developmental work, where deeper structures of the psyche can be explored thoughtfully over time.
