Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, or unsettled, or during times of transition or relationship strain. Therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
Through a Jungian-oriented, depth-focused approach, therapy can help you:
Feel more at ease with your emotions and inner life
Recognize patterns in anxiety, depression, or relationships
Strengthen your sense of agency and choice
Improve connection and communication with others
Engage with feelings in a meaningful way
Move toward integration, balance, and well-being
This approach emphasizes understanding and integration, supporting change that feels authentic and lasting.
Who I Work With:
I work with adults and couples navigating life’s challenges, whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or simply unsettled. Many are facing relationship difficulties, major life transitions, grief, or moments of personal growth and reflection.
I also support men exploring identity, emotional life, and relationships, and individuals experiencing spiritual questions, including spiritual emergence or emergency.
Therapy is for anyone seeking a reflective, supportive space to better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they relate to the world and others.
Therapy with me is collaborative and depth-oriented. We explore the patterns, tensions, and recurring themes in your life, relationships, and inner experience, not just the symptoms you may be feeling. My goal is to create a reflective, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking insight into specific challenges or a deeper exploration of your life and relationships. I combine Jungian-oriented principles with a relational approach, helping you engage meaningfully with your inner experiences while staying grounded in everyday life.
You can expect a calm, present, and attuned environment where your experiences are acknowledged, patterns are explored, and choices become clearer. Many clients find that over time, this work supports both emotional insight and practical change, helping them live more authentically and with greater self-understanding.
Reaching out for help with anxiety or other mental health concerns can be difficult. Often, the first step is simply being with someone attentive, engaged, and grounding. I’ve experienced the importance of this presence both as a client and a therapist, and it’s central to my work.
Therapy with me is about understanding your struggles while recognizing the strengths you already carry. Together, we bring attention to experiences and emotions that may have been overlooked. Over time, this supports a deeper sense of integration and wholeness.
