What happens during the free 50-minute consultation?
This is an opportunity for us to meet by phone, video, or in person. You can share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll answer any questions and explain a bit about my approach. The goal is to see if we might be a good fit and help you feel confident deciding whether to move forward.
Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
I offer both, so we can choose whatever feels most comfortable for you.
How often do sessions take place, and how long are they?
Most people meet once a week, but I’m flexible depending on your needs, schedule, and finances. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
What is Jungian-Oriented Therapy?
Jungian-Oriented Therapy explores the deeper meaning of your experiences, symptoms, and patterns. Rather than focusing only on coping strategies or symptom relief, this approach helps you understand yourself more fully and integrate your feelings and experiences.
For example, if you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, we might explore not just the symptoms, but what they reveal about your life, relationships, and inner world. Over time, this can lead to a greater sense of wholeness and resilience.
Note: I take a Jungian-Oriented approach, but I am not a certified Jungian Analyst.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some people focus on a single issue and find a few sessions sufficient, while others want to explore deeper patterns in themselves and their relationships, which can take months or years. There’s no minimum commitment, you can stop at any time, but with a good fit, many find the process meaningful and worthwhile.
How will I know if therapy is working?
“Working” looks different for everyone. Many clients notice feeling lighter, more grounded, or clearer in their thinking and emotions. On a deeper level, therapy can help you feel more authentic, more connected to yourself, and closer to who you truly are.
What are your fees and do you accept insurance?
I charge $135 per 50-minute session and do not accept insurance. If you want to submit an out-of-network claim, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
