I approach therapy by embracing the unknown. I believe that you often know yourself better than you realize, you already carry understanding about your life; it just needs a little space and support to come forward. My role is to offer a safe, trusting presence so you can reconnect with your own wisdom and feel more empowered.
I draw from multiple approaches, including Jungian/Analytical Psychology, Psychodynamic, Existential-Humanistic, Somatic, and Relational frameworks. This flexibility allows me to meet you where you are and support you in ways that fit your unique needs.
People often come to therapy with a specific concern, but new insights and challenges may emerge as the process unfolds. Below is a list of issues I commonly work with, though it’s not exhaustive, and other concerns may arise during therapy:
I work with adults and couples experiencing:
Anxiety, panic, or persistent worry
Depression or low mood
Grief, loss, or major life transitions
Challenges in relationships or communication
Anger, stress, or emotional overwhelm
Questions of identity and self-esteem
Parenting difficulties
Trauma or PTSD
Long-standing patterns that feel hard to change
Men’s issues and personal development
Spiritual questions or experiences, including spiritual emergence or emergency
Therapy is a collaborative process, and the first step is simply exploring whether working together feels supportive and helpful. I offer a free 50-minute consultation by phone, video, or in person. During this time, you can share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together.
Session Fee: $135 per 50-minute session
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill if you wish to submit an out-of-network claim.
Phone, video, or in-person. All messages are confidential, and I typically respond within one business day.
